Reticulated foam is an open cell foam. The reticulation is a secondary process which uniformly removes the membranes from the cell structures. These foam is an result of an exothermic reaction with gaseous mixtures.

What kind of foam you can reticulate?
With our machines you can reticulate blocks and rolls made from Polyether and Polyester. You can produce the open cell foam from 10ppi to 100ppi in different colours and densities.
